Insurance Information
We are happy to assist you with your insurance claims, but please remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to understand all of your insurance benefits. You can learn more about your physical therapy coverage by calling the member services number on your insurance card.
We accept most Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, ConnectiCare, Healthy CT, Medicare, and United Healthcare insurance plans.
If you have a different insurance company and have out-of-network benefits, we will help you submit the necessary forms; however payment is due at the time of service. Our office staff will assist you with the reimbursement process.
Please note that if you have a co-pay or co-insurance, the payment is due at the time of service.
If your insurance company will not pay for physical therapy treatment we do accept cash, check, Discover, MasterCard and Visa payments for services.
